Ice Storm 2009--The Pretty Side of It

Here's the nice layer of ice that blanketed our area. This piece I scraped from the driveway.

It's a rare treat to get to play in the snow in Kentucky. There's always plenty of ice, but only a couple of times during the winter is there enough snow accumulation to play in.

It iced and then snowed on January 27th and 28th. Very Pretty. But there was an ugly side.
